If you go to see Juno Reactor live, be prepared for an experience. That's what you get, every time - not a simple concert, but a visual and auditory experience. A lot of people only know Juno Reactor from their work on the musical score for the movie 'The Matrix,' but Juno Reactor is, more than anything, a musical force of nature. Be prepared for anything - lasers, pounding bass, glowing beasts out of a science fiction fever dream, all of those and more. I am a huge fan of their classics, like 'Pistolero' and 'Samurai,' and they definitely didn't let me down this time. Seeing them perform live is so much different from just listening to them. It really has to be emphasized. At home, I can close my eyes and make up my own world from their music; in concert, it's like being thrust headlong into a world that couldn't exist, and yet somehow does. Don Davis really is a genius, and a live Juno Reactor concert is proof of this. Anyone who can create a unique experience with such a raw force like this can only be called a genius. Anyone who is a fan of electronic music and the crazy, insane, brilliant energy of a live concert needs to see Juno Reactor live in concert. I can't wait to see them again, just to see what kind of new world they can create.
