Jane is my favorite jazz singer of all time. Her wonderful interpretations of the American songbook are always breathtaking. Her classic renditions last night of "I'm going to laugh you right out of my life" and "Over the Rainbow" were prime examples of her artistry. Regrettably those were the only two in a performance that featured songs that did little to showcase her wonderful talent. I hope that her next show in Fairfield, Connecticut will include more of the music that made her the iconic singer that she is.
